   Search the App Store or Google Play for the app name listed in your welcome email.

   Install the app and open it.

   Sign in with the email and password you use on desktop.

   Allow notifications so new messages reach your phone right away.

   If you manage more than one business, pick the right account from the account switcher at the top of the screen.
